Our annual multicultural festival invites families to share elements of their culture or ethnicity with the entire school community through storytelling, crafts, food, dance, music, arts and any other things that make cultures unique.
Families are welcome to set up booths from 3:00 to 4:00pm in the Multipurpose Room. The school will then be closed from 4:00 to 5:30pm. We will reopen at 5:30pm and welcome all families to our Multicultural Night beginning at 6:00pm.
We have received confirmation of the following countries to be represented:
Albania (3 families)
Brazil
Canada
China (2 families)
Dominican Republic
Ecuador
Ghana
India
Ireland
Lebanon
Mexico
Poland
Scotland
Sweden
Performances will be schedule on the half hour. If you have a group that would like to perform (music, dance, etc) please let us know as soon as possible. We also welcome/encourage dancers/performers to mingle among the visitors on the festival floor.
