The Holiday Gift Shop brings the fun of choosing special gifts for friends and family to students at an in-school shop supervised by Flagg Street PTG volunteers. This is not a fundraiser.

Thanksgiving is all about coming together to celebrate and be thankful for what we have. Let’s come together as a school and make Thanksgiving Dinner possible for those less fortunate within our community.

Please bring in one (or more) of the items assigned to your child’s class/grade during the week of November 18th-22nd .

Please note, we cannot accept glass jars, and please donate non-perishable items only.

A special Thank You to Table Talk Pies for donating 8” pies to add to each of the turkey dinners we assemble!

Should your family wish to donate a turkey, please email Renee Slovick at president@flaggstptg.org no later than Friday, November 22nd .

Join Flagg Street School families and neighbors at West Side Steak and BBQ any time from 11-9pm and a portion of the proceeds from your meal will go straight back to the Flagg Street School PTG and support our favorite neighborhood BBQ restaurant. See you there!

St. Mary’s Albanian Church on Salisbury Street generously donated a portion of the proceeds from their Albanian Festival to Flagg Street School. The $1,000 donation was presented by members of the St. Mary’s Albanian Festival Committee and Church Leaders to the Flagg Street School PTG.

Facebook will match up to a total of $100,000 per nonprofit organization.

We cover all processing fees for donations made on Facebook to charitable organizations.Note that only fundraisers for nonprofit organizations are eligible for matching dollars, but fundraisers for personal causes can still raise money on Giving Tuesday. Flagg Street PTG would like announce our latest fundraiser! We are selling Family Fun Books for $30 each (50% of that comes right back to our school) and the book has coupons to over 70 New England attractions and restaurants. Here is a list of attractions in the book.

WorcesterCentralKidsCalendar just announced their Family Fun Book 2020, a coupon book with big discounts to museums, ski resorts, sports events, amusement attractions and more throughout Massachusetts, Rhode Island and New Hampshire!

Forms and money are due on November 20 and the books will be distributed during the week of December 16.

Box Tops for Education has a new way to donate money to our school! No more clipping (although we can get double the money if you clip AND use the App right now!), all you have to do is download the app (Apple or Google Play) to get started.

Each box top is still worth 10 cents and you can send the physical box tops or receipt portions in with your student at any time. NOTE: Receipts must be scanned within 14 days of purchase to count towards our school’s fundraising.
